LISTER ELIA'S BIOGRAPHY

A Tanzanian native living in Tokyo Japan.A son of a Reverend Canon of the Anglican Church of the Diocese of Central Tanganyika.
Educated,accomplished Pianist/Keyboardist,songwriter and arranger.He attended music schools in Tanzania(RUHIJA SCHOOL OF MUSIC),Austria(WIESEN) and Japan(MATE SCHOOL OF MUSIC),specialized in jazz piano,music history,conducting,chord progression,rudiments and theory of music among others.
His original music and songs have unique African pop style with some jazz flavor.A part from music he is also a writer.
He has published three books "PIANO and JIFUNZE GITAA"(teach yourself how to play the Guitar)- education books, as a first author and his latest novel "THE MYSTERY OF TAMKO'S DEATH" is underway.
His dream is to share his music knowledge,skills and talents to others around the Globe.He hopes to write more books on music instruments specifically  targeted to interested folks who did not have a chance to learn or study music due to lack of teachers or books.
Mainly targeting developing countries like Tanzania where music is not included into primary school education syllabus.
His future plans are mainly to start a "MUSICAL FOUNDATION",he hopes to build music schools and studios starting in his native country in order to help other people to realize their dreams .
